Job Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production activities and ensure timely completion of production targets.
- Prepare production plans according to customer orders and delivery schedules.
- Monitor manpower, machinery, raw materials, and production efficiency.
- Ensure product quality and minimize material wastage and production costs.
- Coordinate with the sales, commercial, store, and delivery teams.
- Monitor machine performance and coordinate maintenance when required.
- Maintain daily production reports, material consumption records, and wastage reports.
- Ensure workplace safety, discipline, and proper housekeeping.
- Manage production workers and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
- Take necessary steps to resolve production-related problems and meet delivery deadlines.
Requirements
- Age 26 to 44 years
- Only Male
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of carton manufacturing processes, paper consumption, and wastage control.
- Ability to achieve production targets while maintaining quality.- Good communication and reporting skills
Educational Requirement
- Bachelor/Honors
Experience
- 3 to 5 years
