Job Responsibilities
- Ensure the farm is properly prepared and set up for a new flock, available all necessary resources and facilities are in place.
- Monitor daily farm operations, including feeding, watering, vaccination, debeaking, sanitation, flock health monitoring, etc.
- Monitor and meticulously record the egg production rate per hen, ensuring optimal levels are consistently maintained.
- Maintain bio-security measures to protect the farm against potential disease outbreaks.
- Ensure routine maintenance of farm equipment and facilities to ensure smooth operations.
- Respond promptly and effectively to equipment breakdowns, working to resolve issues and minimize downtime.
- Ensure proper record-keeping of poultry flocks through ERP system and prepare various reports as and when required.
Requirements
- Willingness for self-development and career progression in the poultry industry.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bangla.
- Have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Be hard working, having a positive attitude towards working in a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Educational Requirement
- B.Sc in Animal Husbandry/ DVM from any reputed university
Experience
- At least 1 year
